A four-step process. Written down, so nothing is a surprise.
Every engagement follows the same four steps in the same order. You always know where you are, what happens next, and what we need from you.
Diagnose
Free, no-obligation eligibility check.
You send us a short brief: your team, the role you want to reskill or hire into, or the transformation you're trying to fund. We come back within one business day with a plain-English read on which grants fit, and which don't. If nothing fits, we say so.
Scope & Apply
We write the application you'd write if you did this all day.
We scope the training plan (CCP), the transformation project (CTC), or the solution deployment (PSG). We draft the narrative, prepare supporting documents, and submit through the correct channel — programme partner, Business Grants Portal, or NTUC e2i.
Q&A & Approval
We handle agency clarifications directly.
Case officers ask questions. We answer them. You stay focused on running the business. Typical approval windows run in weeks, not months — but we set an explicit expected window at the start of every engagement so nothing surprises you.
Claim & Audit
This is where most claims quietly fail. We stay through disbursement.
Timesheets, training attendance, deployment evidence, invoices, receipts — the paperwork that turns an approval into money in your account. We compile the claim, submit it, and support you if the agency comes back for audit clarifications later.
Apply before you pay.
For PSG and MRA, signing a vendor contract or paying an invoice before your grant is approved will get the claim rejected. This is the single most common reason applications fail.
We enforce this rule from the first conversation. If you've already signed with a vendor, we'll tell you honestly whether the grant is still salvageable.
