Most SMEs don't have a full-time grants person, and they shouldn't need one. What they need is a specialist they can call, who knows the current rules, and who stays through the claim.
We stay narrow so we can do that well: CCP, CTC and Job Redesign as the core lane, with PSG and MRA as adjacent grants. Nothing outside that. We don't sell software, we don't take referral fees, and we don't handle grants we haven't run before.
